This workshop series offers tips, strategies, writing activities and resources for adults who are starting (or plan on re-starting) a Personal Journal.

Workshop 1: Personal Journaling in Private

Friday, October 18 from 2pm to 330pm

We tend to start journals for ourselves to capture a record of our life experiences that we do not want to share openly with others: wellness, dreams, gratitude, messages for loved ones, goals and plans, good times, travel, etc.
